tv catchup
So yesterday, I got caught up on a few tv shows. (I know, I know this blog is turning into nothing except episode recaps. other stuff will be posted soon though)
And this should go without saying, but there will be spoilers here...so don't click if you don't want to be spoiled.
GLEE
Okay, this episode was amazing. I did not think it was going to be as great as it was...but it was actually really good. I just have to say here to Santana was AWESOME during this whole episode. I loved it. It showed more sides to Santana rather then just the plain bitchy side. We got to see her vulenerable side just a little bit too. Which I really liked. In this epsidoe though, Finn was bugging me so bad. He got very self-centered and cocky really fast. I wanted to punch the kid. And Quinn. I actually feel for her a little bit, even though she keeps making stupid mistakes over and over again. You think she woudl catch on. But I understand her confusion all teh same. Quinn struggles the most out of anyone with not being apart of the cheerios. I didn't really like the idea of the Puck/Lauren/Santana tri-angle. But it was actually pretty cute to watch. Santana was goign to fight that girl to the end. Even though Lauren is like 3 times the size of Santana, she was not going to quit. Which only proved Santana's badass-ness. And I love how Lauren stood up to Puck when he jsut kept going on and on and on about her looks. Like the only reason anyone would be attracted to her is if they accepted her being overweight. So I love how she stood up to him and fought him on that. And I love Lea's version of Firework. She actually made the song sound really good. Overall, I loved the episode.
CHICAGO CODE
This was so much better than what I had been expecting. i thought it was just going to be another cop show about the same old stuff. But this is actually really different. Really, if you have no watched it, check it out. It's good. And not just because of Jennifer Beals, although she helps the argument a lot. It was so different seeign her out of the setting of the L Word. She was so good in it. Her character is strong and difiant and she makes her own world to live in. I love that. by the end of this episode I was crying and thinking how things don't usually get that serious so fast. I mean, that ending was like season finale ending. I can't wait to see more of this show.
PRETTY LITTLE LIARS
Such a good episode. Although, the girls were being so dumb throughout this episode...it was driving me nuts. I wanted to shake them and force them to look at the obvious in front of them. Aria being the prime target in that. I mean, it's been pretty obvious that her mom didn't go t othe musem when Aria and Ezra went and if she didn't go...that meant she went somewhere else right? Aria was just so concerned about being found out, that she didn't even think past herself. I mean, it took her needing to actually see her parents making out to realize what was going on. I don't know what to think abotu Caleb. Why was he in the school in taht outfit? He says he was staying there, sure, but why did he have to have that full body suit thing on? That seemed weird to me. I don't want him to be A though. Although, a part of me thinks it woudl make since though. And it was sweet when Caleb was sitting on the stairs with Hanna, just as she was crying. It was sweet. And Emily was awesome this episode, I love how she helped Paige. I didn't get the ending, i don't know if it was my favor or what....but I was just like "what?" when it happened. I don't know...maybe it will make since next week.
I am going to watch Hellcats, Greek and other shows tomorrow...so I will post then with my thoughts on those.
