My goodness. What a varied two weeks it's been.

Expect a more detailed entry later, but after just over a week in England (coupled with a two-day detour to Amsterdam), we came back to illnesses of both the human and feline varieties. Recovery is imminent, but boy I did not see any of it coming.

From today's article covering Boston's win
against Indiana last night:

Season 5 is turning out to be pretty good so far. I think more than ever Tom has shown why he's so damn valuable for the program-- he brings credibility to the contest, as well as exemplary knowledge and skill. "Space is disease and danger wrapped in darkness and silence!" is probably the best moment of the new trailer for the J.J. Abrams Star Trek reboot. There are other positive elements, though mostly those are character related-- the cast largely comes off feeling like they fit in their respective roles, particularly Quinto and Urban.
