I had a good weekend at NERO Mass. I found out that a key member of the plot team was called away from site with a family emergency. I don't know who or what happened, but I wish the best for them. That does explain a lot of the plot line spooginess I felt.
There was a fair amount of guest plot, and it seemed like the mods were stepping on each other pretty hard. I hate have to say no to a mod hook, as I know there has been prep for it somewhere and that prep goes to waste when no players can go take care of it. There was also a rushed feel to things Sat. night then a long "nothing" period Sunday morning. The Sunday field fight was good, it didn't have the desperation feel some of those big fights have.
I liked most of the mods I went on, the fighting was good. I got hit in the face/head a few times, but things happen. It's a combat sport, if you can't suck that up go to a paper/rock/scissors LARP. If I felt someone was being a bunghole I tell them so. Not the case here.
I was presented with a lot of possible paths to move to IG, and some were really unexpected. I enjoyed the PC/PC interactions the most this weekend. I did get some NPC crunchies laughing and that is always cool.
Got to do some GeoCaching in Mass and NH.
All in all a good weekend. Just gotta catch up on sleep now. *yawn*
See you all in the world!
