Japan reinstating Whaling rights...

North Korea firing 6 long range missles off the coast of Japan...

Conclusion... North Korea is obviously trying to get in on this Whaling Action with Rocket Propelled Harpoons... Right?

That would appear to be the obvious conclusion.

North Korea is a front for the whales. After centuries of debate the whale cultures have fallen apart as a result of near total destruction by whalers. The result is that the non-violent and egalitarian ways of whales have been put aside and they, or at least some of them, are fighting back. They've taken over North Korea and are working up to nuking Japan.
