Long Weekend
Long weekend was pretty good. I started it off by going to see Mates of State and Ida with Tyler. It was my sort of crowd (minus the 14 yr olds...) and the music was great. Its been quite the month. I started working at Victorias Secret. Im planning my next vacation, working on a piece for a gallery show, and trying not to go insane. Im working on mending old friendships and creating new ones. Im making decisions that should greatly benefit me in the future. R.I.P.
Its a sad day for the students at St. Norbert College. I have recently learned of the death of an important member of the college. He was a symbol of greatness, of diversity, and loved by all. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the death of our beloved albino squirrel.
We're gonna miss you little fella. -

Its been an interesting day. The best part was getting to see an artist come in and give demo's to the art students...too bad i didnt realize this was going on until the last 15 minutes or so. Check out Peter Poplaski.
I brought the roommates to monday night mafia tonight for some bonding time..they seemed confused but i think they enjoyed it.

glistening water
Im curled up on our couch in the living room as i write this, and I can't help but watch the river. The way the sun is glistening off of it right now is perfect...almost too perfect if thats possible. What I've learned...
As much as I hate the insomniac thing, I love going to class and doing homework. I once again feel like I am accomplishing things. Today, I managed to write two papers and read about 100 pgs for class tomorrow (20 pgs of philosophy-that was painful, and 80 pgs for my upper religious studies class ( Read more... )
