Just got home from Chicago.

My Northwestern trip went approximately sixteen hours longer than it was supposed to because of a VERY rude thunderstorm.

Well, at least I got to miss school.

How did you like Northwestern? Where else are you looking?

Is it just me, or have you become completely and utterly college-centric lately? Like, it's all you bring up in casual conversation, it's all you think about in down time, it's what you look forward to, it's your greatest fear, etc.?

Northwestern was really really great. I think it's one of my top choices, if not my top choice. I like it a lot. Not least because it's one of the only colleges I know that has a very good sound program.

Do you mean me specifically, or me as a senior? Because specifically not especially, but yeah, I think that it kinda becomes a very central part of all of our lives for the next few months. But then it's over and we all get into good colleges and we'll all be yay!

The sound 'certificate' they offer is a combination of the theater, music, and radio/tv/film departments. It is taken in addition to any major. I think the lighting is part of the theater major, but I'm not sure. It seems like they have good tech in general, though.
