Holy shit. My family's doctor back in Wisconsin was hit, while walking his dog, by a driver having a heart attack who hit the gas. Dr. Richter died. The driver died, too. So did the dog. The only news link I could find.

He was a really good doctor. He left behind a wife and teenage children.
