isn't it cool to find out about your family? I did the same a few weeks ago and found out a bunch of cool stuff, and next month I'll be going to a cousin's wedding... but I've never spoken to the him! I've never spoken with his sister either, so I'll be able to actually talk to them for the first time ever!
