Controversy, race, and the problem with perspective...

There is controversy in Casco. It's got me thinking about the lines we, okay I draw in the sand. I spoke recently of facing my family's racial fears (without ever knowing the true reason, but being able to guess), and realized there were times I spoke up and was put down, sometimes harshly. Not like people can be threatened by them? For real? Oh wait, I guess I hate being the product of my upbringing. Thank G*D for revision. Seriously, I voiced the us and them, I know it's prevalent. But it's USELESS and WRONG. My US really shouldn't be defined by my gram's, Uncle's, Selectwoman's, NEWS CORP, or anyone but MY sense of US. Now, personally, I think the LIZARDS should be afraid, because even those people I don't get, I have more in common with. Hmmmmmm.
