so then I play with the placement and try to figure the background. At this point it's STILL a mess andhard to see (except in me noggin). Color, rendering, light and shadow SHOULD, change all that. Thanks Slatts, I did a more refined rendering for her approval, and of course I can see all that's wrong with it. But I think most of it can be remedied with color and a bit more craftsmanship in the next go around. Love to hear your honest opinion though!

I saw it quickly this morning.

I thought there was a perspective prob-but realized they were kids.

I think there are tweaks you can do with color and finish line, as you write. The key will be to maintain your focal point and your strong depth of field, etc.
