For Howard, sure...though I can't see why Bill would need/want to.

You can totally glamour both Parker and Martha, but neither of them would like it one bit.

Elle, Logan, and Tommy are all fair game.

Alpha's probably too genius-level.

Mason might count as a supernatural being, as he's undead? But if not, go for it.

Yeah, it would absolutely, 100% NOT work on Angel or Alpha! As for Mason, that's a bit tricky... I guess it depends on how susceptible he is to suggestion?
