so ive been using my webcam thats inside my laptop and the first video I made was just for lulz and the sound was in sync with the video, and now, every single video ive made after that...the sound is waaaaay late and isnt in sync

Hm. Try playing around with the settings anyway, see if changing something helps, that's the only thing I can think to suggest right now...

That happens to me sometimes too.
Sometimes it depends on what's running on my comp, like if I shut AIM off for some reason it runs faster and catches up with me. Depends, webcams are mysterious creatures. XD
