Naruto + Chouji Tutorial!

Ugh, I'm too lazy to make a preview image for this tutorial. It's 2am so don't blame me. Requests/Interest icons are getting done as we speak type. So in the mean time, here is a tutorial I whip'd up. I really like this coloring becuase it makes the reds and the browns in the image really pop without having them completely drown the image in blood

I've always wanted to know how to do this! Too bad I don't have Adobe Photoshop, so I can't pull off it off. Do you happen to know if there's a Paint Shop Pro equivalent?

Unfortunately, this tutorial uses selective coloring so it wouldn't be translatable to other programs like gimp, psp, etc.
You could probably head over to icon_tutorial and look through the tags to see how you can achieve the "selective coloring look" through psp :D
