I apologize that the voting is late, but I'm sure you can all understand that with the HBP frenzy we haven't been doing much else. And I hope most of you were too busy with that to mind the delay anyway, hehe. Anyway, here I am with the voting for challenge 8.

Thank you for voting, but if you could please put your votes in the poll above, it would save us a lot of trouble when we go to count the votes in the end.

Regarding the numbers issue, the numbers are showing up fine for me. But if you can explain what you're seeing maybe I could help?

I swear you're going to think I can't read - sorry!

The pics are disassociating themselves from the numbers so it is unclear which side you are numbering from. I see now it is the right, but the pix for #6 and #11 move to the next row. A tad confusing at first. Glad I put comments to my numbers to make choices clear. I re-cast my vote into the poll.

I think the problem is stemming from differing screen resolutions. I'm assuming yours is 800x600, as opposed to 1024x768, which I (and I'm pretty positive fille_blessee) have. This would make your perspective of how the lines break (moving to the next row, etc.) different from ours. For future reference, we always post them number first, icon second. :)

I've voted for #3 first, since of the 3 I like it is the "cleanest," in my opinion. I would vote #10 first in a heartbeat, because I ADORE it, but the "Alan" is placed too close to the bottom, imo, and you lose the bottom line of the "L" making it hard to read. Is it total chutzpah to wish the artist would adjust it a little? Maybe so. I apologize for being persnickety.
And the Bono fan club icon is just fantastic. I'll be using it myself as soon as the artist names are posted. Thanks :)

Yeah I agree! I see what you mean. I wonder if any of the other artists will accept criticism?

Anyway if so this is what I think:
Whomever did number 12 (I've been slacking on my mod duties so I don't know sorry!)
I LOVE the idea of splitting the panel, but does it have to be three ways? That kindof...overuses the panel-splitting technique and really you could just have one clear half with his face, and the other with his hands, his oh so lovely hands. IF you did that it would save the integrity of the nice picture AND you'd still have that sleek, artistic flair to it! Go for it I say Number 12!!!!

Anyone agree?
Anyway thanks for posting it's made me think a lot more about all of the other entries.
