"Spirou" ("Spirou et Fantasio") is a series of european comic books basically about a character, Spirou (a red-haired door-boy originally who'll become a reporter) and his reporter friend Fantasio (and their pet-squirrel, Spip). It was originally a little strip on a back page in some journal, but now, it's kind of a big franchise in Belgium (where it was created). It's basically those two guys going through various adventures, in a most humourous way.
I've heard some of them have been translated to English, but also that they might be quite hard to find... ?
(also, the new drawer has a style that's very inspired from Gorillaz, so I was waiting for this comic rather eagerly, and it's made of pure awesomeness *_*)
Uh yeah, so I heard, but I gotta say it's gonna spoil my second year of degree because I'll earn a 0 mark, so that really annoys me ^^;
Oh God, that sounds totally stressful... kind of like my Abitur exams, when I tried to get to my Latin exams and the trams weren't going for some reason... .__.;; And then I came 15 minutes too late and thus had quarter of an hour less for the translation... .___.;; Good times, lol. I'm sure you did alright on all exams, though. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, in any case.
And oh, gotta pre-order the new Spirou. X3 <3 I was looking forward to it ever since I saw the ad! X'D
Well that was a rather unfortunate turn of events, so I'm quite worried I won't be able to get through this year :/ I mean, I've had 18 exams to do in less than two weeks, so I hope I did at least validate more than half of them ! *crosses fingers as well*
Franchement, le nouveau Spirou est encore mieux que la publicité !! Il est... Fantastique ! *_*
