it is amazing to hear about your love. & it convinces me that love is worth the wait.

also, i was looking at your online portfolio and was AMAZED. mandii, the photos you created are gorgeous and wonderful and so full of life and love. your sweet spirit comes through your work.

and ALSO, i think it is ridiculous for people to discourage you from having a baby. God is not going to give you a baby if you aren't ready, but He'll know when you are. i think, well actually i know without a shadow of a doubt, that you will be a wonderful mother.

also, i read something in a book written by the guy who started YWAM about this time in his life when all this crazy stuff kept happening to his wife. she almost died or was severely injured several times, but each time she escaped getting hurt. he finally realized that he was holding onto so much fear of something happening to her instead of trusting God to care for her. so he talked to God about it and stopped worrying and the weird stuff stopped happening. anyways, that was a bad summary, but i thought the story was neat.

ALSO, i am still going to send you a cute thank you card eventually, but in the meantime i realized i haven't told you thank you for the baby gear you & andy sent us! you bought me a lot of cute things that i wasn't expecting anyone to get (there was a set of receiving blankets that are pink & green with stripes and polka dots and i just love them) and it was nice to get some really nice things for maggie. & the bassinett especially has been great. anyway, thank you so much & tell andy thank you also. i would still love to have both of you visit sometime when his work isn't so crazy.
