Okay, so here is where I let my mental deficiency show when it comes to setting up my LJ, but I am willing to learn. I found a layout that I adore, and a banner or header or whatever the hell that graphic is called to go at the top of the page. However, I have NO clue where to post the codes (I'm assuming you need HTML coding) for the banner/header

I didn't have a clue when I was new here!!!
Maybe you could show me the link to this layout and then I could explain it to you. How to install (normally the layout makers write a description how to install the layout.)

You have to upload the header on photobucket or tinypic (whatever you use^^) and then we can put the header into the layout.
