OOC: Permission post

Alright because of Heck's knack for finding out things that he normally shouldn't know about  I have set up a permission post for those of you who are interested in Heck literally spying on every aspect of your character's life. And when I say every aspect I mean every aspect {He knows the shoe size of the president of Taiwan and a few other things

Is he using the information he finds for blackmailing or something? Or he just... what? Keeps it because he can?

He generally does use it to either blackmail someone or sell it for favors or money. Although he will hang on to information for later use.

he can spy on madotsuki, but it'll be pretty boring. he'll get to see the effects, at least.

He can...try, with this one. Kaiba's a genius, and is used to people hacking his shit between Jing and Cissnei and his stuff in canon.

He'll notice if Heck is doing it, and will certainly make it difficult for him as time goes on as he picks up what Heck is doing. Heck risks losing at least some of his computer tricks if he uses them against Kaiba.

Ken might notice if a lot of stuff is messed with, but he's not good enough with computers to really stop him yet.

Heck doesn't always rely on computer hacking is the thing though. Which is another reason why I'm asking for permissions because he has no problems with breaking into people's personal spaces or finding out information either through blackmail, bribes or torture. He's CIA he's good at finding stuff out through any means possible.

Er..that's still a 'he can try', thing. Nobody really knows about him for reasons that he's trying to avoid that, except for the people from his world, and even they don't know that much. Or Mokuba, but he'll be a dead man if he tried that. He doesn't really have that many personal belongings that he just leaves around either.

Still, if Heck really wants a challenge. XD
