Yep! This is one of those fics I need to f/b you on! It's terrible...I've gotten so into commenting on LJ I don't send as many f/b emails as I used to...terrible habit!
(oh, btw...I just want to point out that you hit the LJ word limit...um, you'll wanna post the rest of it in another post)
Anyway...even though you got some controversy on this on the lists, I enjoyed it...didn't think Xander's reaction was bad at all...and personally, I completely agree w/you that even though he once had a romantic interest, a brotherly response is quite possible!
EXCELLENT H/C...I'm a big sucker for it when it's done right...and thank you for letting Giles get better before the sex *LOL* That bothers me in some sickfics.
Great job of describing the touching too, spec early on...I'm a big fan of the UST too!

UST=unresolved sexual tension...though of course it WAS resolved later in the fic, so I was using it more in the "ST" sense and less in the "U" sense *LOL*

And, btw, on posting...hey, i'm just as impressed as heck you've figured out how to use cut tags! that took me forever and a day to figure out.
Also...are you posting using the HTML/plaintext option (default) or the Richtext? If you use Richtext option it formats your work w/o effort, but you can't post as much, so that might be why you're cutting off...if you're using the default well then your fic is just longer that it allows ;^)

I had this same problem when I tried to post my stories on my LJ, sometimes the LJ Cuts won't let you post anything as long as you want. So your stories, at least this one...got cut off at the end. So you might try splitting them up, but then again, I am incredibly incompetent with LJ so maybe someone else has a better solution. Just a heads up...I have read all of your stories already, and loved each and every one of them. I will probably read them all again soon too!

I'll try posting chapter by chapter in my journal, but I tend to only start posting on eFiction when my last chapter is already written. Every now and then a story blows up in my face, so best not to disappoint.
I'm off to read your new chapter...can't wait!
