Okay, I don't know how this is going to come out sounding but I really hope you don't get offended. I apologize in advance. Anyways, you and Justin DID NOT have to clean the apartment. So I really don't think you should have been irritated or pissed off even a little. The apartment people said that they needed a week to clean the place and didn't want the guys to move in for another week. They begged and pleaded to be allowed to move in early. This was allowed and the apartment people were going to clean it when they had the time within the next week or so, but definitely AFTER dealing with the hurricane. Also, Louis and Doug did not want to unpack their stuff because of Ivan. When they left no one knew what was going to happen. So they didn't want more of their stuff to be ruined if anything did happen. I understand that it is slightly gross, but it is still livable. Also, if they do clean the couch and it comes out decently i don't see why you can't sit on it. Just because it got wet and stuff doesn't mean that its gonna have some
