I saw some interesting things on the train today! I saw some students filming a girl dressed up as a giant steak with little red shoes on, & I saw someone else measuring the speed of the trains: he also looked student-y. If we had stopped long enough for me to be able to take my camera out I would have taken pictures of steaky girl ( Read more... )

What accent do you have? I can't figure it out. It sounds a little like mine and mine is a mixture of a lot of things.

You're right- my accent is a mix. *Deep breath* My father is Danish, my mother is Brazilian/English & I spent 15 years in The Philippines, most of those 15 years I attended an American school. My accent is now scattered with some English twangs (from having spent 2 1/4 years in Brighton), a lot of the American (or at least International School American)...not so much Danish I don't think! So it's a bit all over the place. But, put me in England & they usually always guess either American or Canadian.

Sorry I get that question ALL the time because my voice is a mixture like yours :P It gets very annoying repeating it all the time. I pretty much have my line rehearsed.

Yeah because I was going to say, you sounded quite Canadian but then a little English which is basically I have. And yeah, in England more often than not I'll get "Are you American?", but sometimes some smart people will guess Canadian.

Oh and well done with your no smoking. It must be hard, but you're doing so well!

Firstly thank you ^_^ It's not easy!

& Yeah, no one ever guesses where I'm from (although I can't quite blame them!) So why is your accent a mixture? Where are you/your parents from?

^_^ Thank you! I never wear lipstick anymore... I should make a point of it more! Lipstick always reminds me of playing dress up though... lol
