The apartment complex I live in was sold a few days ago. I found out last night thanks to my landlord FINALLY calling the tenants about it. So, Connor is moving in with one of his boyfriends and I found a studio in Charlotte for $300 a month. I might not have to move to TN or GSO, but it`d be cool to have roommates. I also have 30 days to move out

I was thinking about it and is that not like breach of contract?

I mean you signed a lease for a certain amount of time and for them to just kick you out seems unfair. But I don't really know enough about the law so I'm probably wrong.

It'd be pretty damn awesome if you moved in with me.

Nah. Contract was subject to change, as it states in the contract, and apparently, shit changed. ):
