I was actually just listening to a few Sara Bareilles songs on the interweb last night and I thought that you might like her. I heard of her a couple of years back when she opened for Maroon 5. I love the jazzy-pop thing that a lot of the newer female songwriters are bringing.

I got your e-mail yesterday, but Larry beat me to responding. I would love to come to New York this weekend, but, alas. This is BIG audition weekend in North Carolina. Hopefully, the Larry and I will be able to make it up there before Christmas. We will have to pray for ongoing cheap ticket prices.

You should dl them. They're all generally in the same vein, so if you like Sara Bareilles I imagine you'll dig the rest too.

I figured most people wouldn't be able to drop everything and fly up, but I knew no one would if I didn't throw it out there!
