I'm sorry you've been sick so much. Do you take vitamins? If not, you should. I hardly ever get sick when I take mine. I hope you get back into your exercise routine. Good job with sticking to your diet. You've made some progress, don't give up. It's a long-term committment and you'll be so proud of yourself down the line if you keep at it. I'm frustrated too. I've been working my ass off and I can now run for about 4.5 miles nonstop, but I haven't lost any weight. Don't give up, though.
