So what does everyone think of those proposed budget cuts?

Personally, I vote we just cut a $100,000 out of Ray Richardson's salary, but then again, maybe that's just optimistic thinking.

I would just like to say this: you all thought that once they closed crawford, all the budget troubles would disappear and wed never have to close another school again. WISHFUL THINKING! We were the first domino, people, and now theres no stopping that damn school board!

Budget cuts= yet another HUGE reason I'm glad I'm graduating this year. AHS has been on a rapid downward spiral for years, and next year really looks like hell. Sorry, kiddies.

Why are we bothering with painting the classes? making em pretty, having these HALL NAZIES!!? don't cut teachers- and our programs, cuz they are AFFECTING students, and that was one of those things that the school board would never ever do (or at least try not to unless were desperate). Ha. we are not desprerate untill we cut down those "in-charge" people (can't think of there titles) there are 5 of them do we need that many? how about just two. Because their paychecks are HUGE. u could add 3 or 4 teacher's paychecks together. I regret wanted a bigger lunchroom. I think we will survive. Was the old wrestling room that stinky btw :)?
