Don't Watch V for Vedetta!

Trust Alan Moore.

If you care about V at all, don't watch the movie.

I'm serious.
Don't let those bastards make any more money than they already have.

Please, help V maintain some dignity.

If you want to know more about why you should do this,
please ask. I will tell you more than you want to know.

I went and saw it anyway (for free, so no money went to them). Ha!

It's pretty goofy.

I'll bite. What'd they do wrong?

I heard something about the ending being changed. What'd they do?

I plunged in headlong on opening night before I read your post or any reviews for that matter. It's not like I'm a V scholar or anything but even I was disappointed. And confused. By two completely different stories with the same characters, some of whose names/motivations/sexual orientations had changed. Now I have to re-read to get the Hollywood out of my head.

This is Spartacus, by the way.
