I just had a call from some woman phoning off a mobile phone, and asking to speak with me. Said she was from some debt recovery agency, and then asked for my full name, D.O.B and post code for "security purposes

Had something very similar a while back. Told them that in no way was I giving any details unless I was told exactly what this was about. Turns out my previous landlord had fucked up the energy accounts.
