the nanny saga, part II

The nanny quit last week. Well, technically she gave us ~3 weeks notice. The point is, we've now gone through our second nanny since August. Apparently a family heard about her through word-of-mouth and offered her a job out of the blue and they're offering her more money. I'm sure they're also offering better hours, or at least more consistent

Well, if your experience is anything like ours, Liam will get really sick constantly for the first 3-4 months, then it will peter out. Now I think she gets sick less than other kids her age.
