which area is Tsukuba is?
i think all the telecommunication line is affected by what happened. (thats what my fren who live in tokushima said)

between Tokyo and Ibaraki. it's about 6okm from Tokyo.

her boyfriend is in Chiba and he was able to contact her 4hours ago. it seems she was fine then but i wonder how she's doing now. Ibaraki got hit by tsunami so we're worried if Tsukuba is affected too :(
