CHAPTER 16 - "It's not the end"
JaeJoong arrived at YunHo’s house hoping to see him there, but alas, to his surprise YunHo had gone. “I don’t know what came over him. He just left saying he didn’t want to see anyone,” said YunHo’s mom. “Oh? But… I came all this way…” “I’m sorry for the trouble, JaeJoong-ah. If you want, I’ll make you some tea before you go-“ “No thanks. I should head back…” disappointment written all over his words, spread all over his saddened face. YunHo’s mom touched JaeJoong’s cheek, like how a mother would comfort her son. She sent a careful smile as JaeJoong walked towards the bus stop, down and out. Did YunHo really have to suddenly leave when JaeJoong was ready to tell him everything? JaeJoong was ready-he certainly wasn’t going to regret his decision of risking his heart. “I guess I’ll wait…” but JaeJoong’s heart couldn’t stop beating rapidly.

YunHo looked at the refrigerator door, a note hanging on by a letter magnet. It was from his mom. ‘I’m sorry, my baby, but I suddenly got called to teach at a University. I have to stay over for a few days. I left money by the counter. I’ll be back this weekend. Love, moms’ YunHo shrugged his shoulders and passively grabbed a can of beer from the fridge. He wanted to loosen his knots, everything was so stressful. It’s been a week since that kissing incident. He ignored every call from JaeJoong, he pretended to be sick every time it was their tutoring session. By any means possible, he’d ignore his tutor. He jumped on his bed and lied down, heaving a heavy sigh before opening his beer can and gulping the burning drink down to the last drop in just 5 minutes. Once he was done, he crushed the can with his hand and shot it in his garbage bin near his bedroom door. He shot, he missed-just like his chances with JaeJoong. He went for it, diving in with all his might. He was serious with his feelings but apparently JaeJoong wasn’t with his. YunHo had a debate with himself. He thought that maybe JaeJoong confessed his feelings as just some kind of obligation so that YunHo wouldn’t get hurt… or maybe JaeJoong was really just toying with him. But, YunHo’s heart knew that everything was real. They had chemistry...they saw eye-to-eye in so many things. But-why did it have to end this way? “Aarrghh!” YunHo stood up and ran to a wall to punch out his frustrations. With his energy, he punched through the wooden wall, probably damage that could cost him his month’s allowance. He pulled his arm out from the mess he made. His knuckles were bleeding. He didn’t care. He got a towel from his bathroom and wrapped it around his knuckles. The pain stung. He checked the clock in his room and it was 10:43 in the morning. “JaeJoong-hyung must be in class right now…” YunHo cursed himself for even remembering his tutor’s schedule. YunHo didn’t go to school. Yes, he skipped. It was a normal thing for him to do anyways. He was used to it, being a delinquent and all. He was about to go to the bathroom to wash his injured hand when he heard a knock on the door. His heart stopped. It wasn’t who he thought it was…was it? He walked down the hall and was right at the front door. He took in a deep breath and opened the door. “Hi, Hyung!” “Oh…DongHae…” YunHo was disappointed that it wasn’t his tutor-in all honesty. YunHo turned around, not even giving his best friend a second glance. “Yah! Hyung! Why are you like this?” DongHae let himself inside and removed his shoes before stepping on the hard wood floor. When DongHae raised his head, he noticed the white towel with red blotches that was wrapped around his best friend’s hand. He quickly took hold of YunHo’s wrist to take a good look. YunHo was taken aback. “Let go!” YunHo demanded. “When did this happen? What did you do?” DongHae questioned. “I-It’s nothing… it’s an accident.” “I can tell when you lie…when did you get this? Who-what did you punch?” DongHae was worried as he removed the towel and saw the deep maroon wound on YunHo’s knuckles. YunHo squint his eyes and his lips twitched-the pain was getting worse. “I…I just g-got mad, alright?” YunHo stuttered. “It’s about JaeJoong-hyung, isn’t it?” “…” DongHae inspected the wound. “The wound will get infected if you don’t go to the hospital. Do you have antibiotic?” YunHo was unsure and couldn’t answer. DongHae rolled his eyes and said, “Get in my car. We’re heading to the hospital.” “What?! No! I hate the hospital.” DongHae glared at YunHo and raised YunHo’s hand, “If you hate the hospital so much then you shouldn’t have punched a wall.” YunHo grunted and pouted. He followed DongHae to the convertible and they drove off to the hospital. “You’re going to have to explain to me what’s on your mind.” “What if I don’t?” DongHae glared at YunHo, sending sharp daggers. YunHo was stunned. “Fine. These are just the rare times I’ll tell you my feelings… you know how embarrassing it is for me to do that.” DongHae just laughed at his best friend’s childishness.

The two teens were at the clinic. The nurse had just finished wrapping YunHo’s knuckles with a long beige-colored bandage. When the nurse left, YunHo suddenly realized, “It’s 11:30 in the morning…why aren’t you at school?” DongHae bit his lips before replying, “Well…” “…did you use me as an excuse to cut again?” DongHae rolled his eyes, “Come on! We used to always cut class! What makes you a goody goody now?” YunHo raised his eyebrows and said no more. DongHae smirked. “It’s your tutor, right? He’s really changed you.” “What’re you talking about?”YunHo’s expression changed quickly to shock. “It’s been… I dunno… 2 or 3 months since your parents forced a tutor on you. Ever since tutoring started, you’ve done better at school and you don’t go to Bar Zero as much.” “…what does that have to-“ “Do you really love your tutor that much?” YunHo was slightly taken aback. It was an easy question to answer, just not an easy answer to give. YunHo obviously felt more open, more free, more him when JaeJoong was around. He was going downhill before JaeJoong came into his life. “…well, I-I…yeah, I do.” “Then what’s your fucking problem, man?!” “Dude! We’re at hospital. Tone it down, maybe?” DongHae hushed himself as he grabbed a chair to sit in front of YunHo. “Okay, I’m quiet now. But…Hyung, you’re really worrying me.” “Don’t worry, I’m fine.” “That’s a lie. That line is always a lie. Just tell me what made you so mad to idiotically punch a wall, which I’m sure your mom’s gonna totally ground you for.” YunHo rubbed his temples before proceeding to explain what happened a week earlier. He was sure to get DongHae’s sympathy-or apathy.

JaeJoong just finished class. He was extremely tired. All he did was think about YunHo. Not one ounce of his brain power was even focused on the lesson. It was so unlike him. Ever since he met YunHo, he began to lose focus. “Damn it…” “And my best friend is talking to himself once again,” came a familiar voice from behind. JaeJoong turned around, YooChun was walking the same way as him. YooChun placed his arm around JaeJoong’s shoulder, greeting him like always. “No luck with your boy yet?” “…don’t call him my boy. He’s my student.” “Same difference. Anyways, did you get to talk to him?” “No… it’s been a week. He’s ignoring me. He pretended to be sick so we wouldn’t have tutoring. Although Eomoni is being very gracious to me and continues to pay me, still…I don’t think I’m helping.” YooChun could only pat his best friend’s shoulder, silent assurance that everything will go well in the end. Even if no words were exchanged, JaeJoong could feel his best friend’s sincere feelings. “Since you don’t have class after this, do you want me to go with you to YunHo’s?” “What?!” JaeJoong shouted loudly, the entire hallway stopped to stare. JaeJoong awkwardly cleared his throat and continued to walk down the hall. “Are you nuts? I-I don’t even know-“ “I’m giving you support here. I’ll go with you so you have the courage to talk to him” “…are you sure it’s not just because JunSu had to go back to his hometown and you feel lonely?” With YooChun’s wide-eyed face, JaeJoong knew he got it spot on. “…alright, I am a bit lonely but I’m still your best friend and you know I’m here for you, right?” “I know, stupid. Haha.” “So what do you say? Let’s go t YunHo’s place?” JaeJoong thought about it… then he answered, “Okay. Let’s go.” JaeJoong’s heart began to race. This is it…this is the confrontation…this is everything.

They kept on ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door. No one was answering. “I wonder where he is…it’s only 2pm,” YooChun looked at his wristwatch. JaeJoong just sighed and turned around, “This is a sign. I’ll probably never speak to him again…” “What?!” YooChun stomped his feet until he was right in front of JaeJoong. He put his hands on his best friend’s shoulder and looked at him in the eyes. “Look here, JaeJoong-hyung, you’re a neat-freak bookworm-“ “Is this pep talk? It doesn’t sound peppy…” “JaeJoong-hyung!” “Sorry…’ “…You’ve been struggling since your parents died. You keep burdening yourself and beating yourself up for something you didn’t do. YunHo was the one that fought with ChangMin, you did the right thing to think things through and not talk to either of them. Now that you’ve established what’s in your heart, you should have confidence. This past week, you’ve been gloomy…I see that YunHo makes you smile. You better catch that idiot boy before you fall into depression!” “…this is the strangest pep talk I’ve ever heard in my life…” “And?” “And I appreciate it,” JaeJoong hugged Yoochun and said, “Thanks.” “No problem. Do you know any other place YunHo might be at?” “I have one in mind,” and JaeJoong’s face lit up. The two caught the bus on time and traveled to the place JaeJoong knew YunHo could be.

YunHo was dancing with every bit of energy. DongHae was dancing alongside him. These two were dance machines. When their arms locked in a position, then legs slid smoothly across the dance floor. It was awesome. They were at YunHo’s dance tearm’s underground studio. YunHo was actually assigned as a junior leader. Their leader was so impressed that he decided to make YunHo a junior, giving him a chance to show his skills more. The music stopped, the boys were at their last pose. They breathed heavily and gave each other a high five. “It’s good to relieve stress here,” YunHo commented. “Yeah… it really is…” DongHae’s hands were on his waist, still catching air. When he raised his head, he noticed two figures by the door. He looked a little closer and it was JaeJoong with a friend. DongHae checked on YunHo. He was at the bench, wiping his head with a towel from his bag. DongHae sneakily walked out of the studio and winked at JaeJoong. He mouthed, ‘He’s all yours…’ which made JaeJoong grin. JaeJoong signaled to YooChun that he was okay and YooChun was on his way. JaeJoong’s heart was pounding. He was alone at the dance studio with YunHo. How would YunHo react? What would he say? “Hey, DongHae, what song do you want to-“ YunHo turned around and was expecting DongHae to be there but instead it was JaeJoong. “J-JaeJoong-hyung” YunHo lost his balance and clumsily stepped back and landed on the bench. JaeJoong tried to contain his laughter but a giggle still escaped. “Why…why are you here?” “You’ve been ignoring my calls…I came here to talk to you.” Then YunHo suddenly had a flashback of what he saw the week before. JaeJoong and ChangMin were kissing in public. It should mean they’re back together, why should YunHo even bother? “Talk to me about what? I shouldn’t even be a part of your life anymore….” YunHo’s anger he felt when he saw JaeJoong kiss ChangMin was returning. “What are you talking about?” YunHo took in a deep breath and answered, “You kissed that ChangMin guy. I saw you. You’re back together, aren’t you?” JaeJoong’s eyes widened and everything came to place. “You saw me kiss ChangMin?” “Don’t lie to me and tell me you didn’t…” JaeJoong lowered his head. He looked to be crying as his body was shaking but when he raised his head, his eyes were closed, mouth curled up in a wide smile and hands on his stomach. He was painfully laughing so hard. “Wait-wait! Why are you laughing?!” YunHo yelled. JaeJoong found composure and replied, “You’re too cute!” YunHo was clueless. JaeJoong then quickly ran to YunHo, wrapped his arms around YunHo’s neck and kissed him. Oh, how he wanted to do that for so long. He missed the feeling. YunHo felt like he was melting into a pile of goo. The sensation, the tingle-it was everything he hoped for when he thought of kissing JaeJoong again. But he pulled him out of their kiss to ask him, “I don’t get it… why did you laugh?” “I’m not back with ChangMin.” “You’re…not? Then why did you kiss that guy?!” YunHo raised his voice. “It was a favor.” “Eh?” “He loves me and was willing to let me go so I could be with you. He wanted one last innocent kiss before he could release me completely. It was the last thing I could do for him since he’s taken care of me all this time.” YunHo was ashamed of himself. ChangMin, the guy he’s been cursing and killing in his mind, had actually let JaeJoong go. There was guilt everywhere. “I’m such a bad person…” YunHo murmured. JaeJoong put his hands on YunHo’s cheeks, looking into each other’s eyes after such a long time of separation. “You’re… just stupid,” JaeJoong said with a smile. “Hey! What are you-“ JaeJoong put his finger on YunHo’s lips, hushing the 18-year old. “I’m just kidding, you cute idiot.” JaeJoong giggled and removed his finger. They closed their distance even more. YunHo had his arms around JaeJoong’s waist. It wasn’t long before the tension between them turned to fire. YunHo caught JaeJoong’s luscious lips. They were begging to be attacked. When they released, YunHo and JaeJoong rested their foreheads in each other’s. “I missed you, JaeJoong-hyung…I really did.” “Me, too.” JaeJoong could feel something pressing on his back. He looked at YunHo’s hand and saw it was bandaged. He panicked and grabbed YunHo’s wrist. “What happened?! Why is this bandaged?!” “A-Ah… don’t move it so much…” “Did you get into a fight again?!” “No! Of course, not.” “Then explain to me what this is…” “I…I thought you were back together with that ChangMin guy. I couldn’t take it anymore… so I took it on the wall.” “You punched a wall?” YunHo nodded his head. He was expecting to get a lecture or some scolding…but instead, JaeJoong took his hand and kissed it. “Don’t hurt yourself again, okay?” JaeJoong demanded firmly. “You shouldn’t release anger this way. The last thing I want is for you to be in pain. As much as possible, I don’t want to cause that pain.” YunHo pulled JaeJoong in another embrace. “JaeJoong-hyung, I love you…” JaeJoong returned the embrace. “I love you, too.” They kissed again, this time more passionately. The fire within them, it was burning. The heat, the tension-YunHo wanted to release it all. “JaeJoong-hyung…” “Hm…” “My mom’s out of town…do you…” With no questions asked, the two ran out of the studio hand-in-hand. Their love reconciled, their love finally out in the open. No worries, no doubts.

“Ah…hah…YunHo-yah…” JaeJoong bit his lip. YunHo’s hand was stroking his growing bulge and his other hand stroking JaeJoong’s chest. “JaeJoong-hyung, I’ve waited so long for this…” YunHo unzipped his own pants, his own manhood erect. “Nngg…” YunHo bit on JaeJoong’s ear. He then licked from JaeJoong’s neck down to his collarbone. YunHo stripped off JaeJoong’s shirt, his as well. The two were topless, sweating even before more action was taken. “YunHo…I-I’ve never done it with a guy…c-can we…” “Take it slow? Don’t worry… I won’t go all the way…” “But-“ “It’s alright. Let’s save it for some other time… but right now, I just want to see your face when you cum.” YunHo smacked down on JaeJoong’s lips, his tongue lavishing the inside of JaeJoong’s mouth. Both of them were turning reddish. YunHo freed his standing member from his brief. He dug in JaeJoong’s underwear to also reveal his wet length. YunHo’s left hand was on JaeJoong’s member, his right hand on his own. He was rubbing them so hard and together. His energy was being drained… but the pleasure was intense. JaeJoong was feeling hot and sweating like crazy. He held onto YunHo’s back. His fingers and toes curled from the gratifying act. JaeJoong opened his eyes to see YunHo’s brows meeting down the middle and his lips dripping with saliva. The light groans YunHo was making and the angry cumming face- It was the hottest face JaeJoong’s ever seen in his life. “YunHo-yah…” JaeJoong moaned. YunHo looked at JaeJoong, their eyes met. YunHo rested his forehead on JaeJoong’s, he was reaching an orgasm. “JaeJoong-hyung…I’m…I’m cumming…” “Hnng…m-me, too…a-ah…faster…” YunHo sped up his strokes. A little more and he reached his climax. “Augh…JaeJoong-hyung!” YunHo’s hands felt numb. He stopped moving his hands and JaeJoong continued the movement with his own hand. Above YunHo’s hand, he continued to stroke his member until he was completely satisfied. “YunHo…mm…” YunHo wanted to help JaeJoong cum. YunHo used all of his strength to rub JaeJoong’s hard length until JaeJoong, too, spilled out his seed and stained YunHo’s bed sheet. The two lied down beside each other and stared at each other for the longest time. Their hands intertwined and bodies moved closer together. YunHo had his arms around JaeJoong, “…I never want to let you go, JaeJoong-hyung…” JaeJoong smiled and buried himself in YunHo’s chest. “I’m risking it…” “Hm? What?” JaeJoong looked up and said, “I’ve never been able to risk my heart. I lost the ones I loved so… I didn’t want my heart to break again. But now I realized, even if you break my heart a million times…I won’t regret having feelings for you. I love you… I’m risking it.” YunHo smiled so brightly. He kissed JaeJoong’s forehead and whispered, “We’re both risking it.” They were clueless at what was to come of them in the future…but they didn’t mind it at all. Finally, they were in each other’s arms now. After the constant questioning, bickering and even silence during their time of knowing each other…the light has come and the dark days have gone. Sure, the dark may come again but JaeJoong and YunHo knew for sure the sun was going to rise for them. JaeJoong was able to tame the wild student. Success that wasn’t easy to achieve. As for YunHo… YunHo loves his tutor whom he’s proud to call now his lover. And this is not their end… only their beginning. *NOTE* THIS REALLY ISN’T THE END!!
