Crystal Tokyo...
[And the queen of Earth stands outside on a balcony, her hair flying in the wind. But if you think this scene is serene, you would be mistaken. Her crown is missing, her dress is torn, and hair is tangled and matted with reddened splotches, as is her skin and dress. Indeed, she's clutching her side as she drops her battered moon rod and shakily holds onto the railing to keep herself upright.
Yes, she was hurt, but she could heal herself in a moment, First she had to make sure...and so she looked up to see a light from the sky fade into black. The light was eerily white, almost as bright as the sun at it's closest, but now it was retreating, allowing the city a peaceful night.
But who knew how many peaceful nights were left after that? It was the second attack on Crystal Tokyo, and this time, the enemy had an army. Not just any army, either. A clone army, created from the DNA of the thing trying to destroy Earth in search of its other half...and the DNA of a close friend and ally from another world.
The forces of Earth won, but it was not an easy victory. And the prospects looked dim. Pluto had disappeared before the first attack and the people of Kinmoku hadn't responded to her urgent request for back-up. It was clearly the enemy behind this, but as to how they were going to get through their tricks to get their friends to Earth and save Pluto, she didn't know.
Still, knowing that even far up in the sky the creature could hear her voice, she spoke defiantly:]
Mephiles. I won't let you destroy Earth.
