Direct Illegal Copy of A.Ra.Shi and performing it in public. Changing the original composer to their own name and even changing the song name and their band name to "風"(Kaze / wind) and claiming it as theirs. -.-

It's entirely possible it IS that composer's song.

Johnny's, like many record labels, buy songs or the rights to certain songs from composers. That's why "We Can Make It" has an identical melody to a song sung by an Australian pop artist. The original composer sold the song rights to several labels, and each label applied their own lyrics to it.

I'm not saying that's the case here, I'm just saying that it is possible to legally have the same song underneath.

I haven't listened to it. But judging from the comments, they direct copied the lyrics and even their karaoke. And if it's that composer's song, there shouldn't be parts of A.Ra.Shi original lyrics in the background. So it seemed quite obvious they used A.Ra.Shi instrumental (without permission) for their song. And even the band name.. It's too...
