Good news!!

Ladies and gentlemen, at long last, I can say the words I've been wanting to say for four months:

I own a home.

Yes, indeed, I actually signed the papers today. I own the condo in which I currently sit. Well, the bank and I do. But still! No more rent--I'm paying into my own equity!

Wow. WOW. How cool is that?? :D

COngratulations. It's quite a wonderful (if slightly scary) feeling when you buy your first home. It won't be long before you have a ton of memories to go along with it.
