I arrived at the Con in time for the lecture on kimono at five PM this evening, and enjoyed the lecture very much. The presenter had five styles of kimono being worn for demonstration purposes as well as demonstrated the proper way of dressing with the kimono (apparently, if one wears a kimono right over left, a Japanese person is going to think

I wish I was knee deep in sake right about now. Its been a hell of a long time since I have been feeling the effects of alcohol and having a great time. Its nice that you have some time off work to enjoy things like this convention. I don't seem to have the luxury of having any days off really. They keep calling me in to work the 5 am shift. So that's what I'll be doing tomorrow...therefore I go to bed around 8pm or 9 and have absolutely no life.
