I've been staying in Penn's apartment since he and Izzy left for Greece. I learned the hard way that you should check the cushions and the bed before sitting or laying down. Penn has weapons stashed all over the apartment. Some seriously cool weapons too. He has this kick ass crossbow that I've been um borrowing while he's been gone

Hi, um I was going to order some food and maybe um, would you like to join me?

*smiles, blushes a little*

*opens the door for her to walk in*

Food is good. I was going to see if your brothers and sisters wanted to join us, but now that you're here, maybe we can see them after we eat.

[irene_hicks]

*enters and looks around*

Wow, Penn has a lot of weapons, doesn't he?

*smiles at him*

India's over at Benny's, Ingrid's on a date, and I don't know what Nick and Eric are up to.

Ingrid's on a date? With who? Your brothers didn't go out to follow her on their own did they?

*sighs*

I feel like I need to do a head check on your siblings, Irene. How do you keep track of all of them?

I was thinking about asking your family to pose for me. Maybe take some candid and stuff while Izzy is gone and I'll make some copies for you guys to put into a scrap book for her if you'd like.

*plays with a strand of her hair*

How did you like the portraits I did of you?

*sits up a little and looks at him*

Oh, Isabella would love that!

*smiles*

They were beautiful, I was surprised. I didn't know that I'd look that good. Not that it was just me, it was because you have a really good eye for taking pictures.

You're a natural in front of the camera, Irene.

*whispers*

So, you'll convince your siblings to say yes?

[irene_hicks]

*looks up at him from under her lashes, whispers back*

Of course I will, I'll give them the puppy eyes if they don't agree right away.

*leans a little closer*

And why are we whispering?

Seriously, I found a stake in the freezer and a knife in the medicine cabinet. Not to mention whatever the hell cut me when I was trying to clean up around here.

*looks concerned*

You cut yourself? Are you okay?

Um, that was a silly question, you'd be bleeding all over if you weren't.

Maybe you should stay in a different apartment, Penn's is kind of dangerous.

Honestly, the stake in the freezer may have been mine. I've been known to leave things in odd places when I'm dead tired.

*sits down at the table with her*

This is good. It keeps me on my toes.

How have things been with you?

*smiles*

Things have been okay. Better since the singing stopped, I was a little freaked out that we could burst into flames.

I understand why Isabella is scared to have us all living here, if things like that happen a lot and you don't know what you're dealing with right away.

They have a practice statue? Huh. I'd kind of like to see that. He have a target painted on him?

*sips his drink*

When your sister and Penn are back, I was wondering if maybe you'd like to drive up to Malibu for the weekend? I'd like to show you the beach.

*grins*

Yes, he actually does. And a sword sticking out of him, it's kind of freaky.

Um, just you and I?

*smiles and looks down at her plate, blushing*

I think, yes, I'd like to go to Malibu with you.

*beams a smile at her*

Excellent. I'll make the arrangements.

I have to see the statue now.

*takes a bite of his pizza*
