-Tomorrow is the last rehearsal for Proof before tech week/dress rehearsals. I have 3 brilliant actors living up to everything that I could hope, memorized, working on character, developing different aspects of the show, actually getting to work. I have 1 actor who is working hard and has come leaps and bounds as an actor

I know this is not going as you want it to, it's not going my way either. I'm going to do everything I can to get shawn ready, whatever time he has, I can be there to run lines. If there's anything I can do friday at any time, while you're at work, let me know. I came home feeling the same way; i wanted to hit things and then cry. I don't deal with stress well. But I guess we just have to deal day by day, dwelling is only going to make us more frenzied and stressed. sorry once again.

Keep the first scene in act one and the fourth in act two. We'll see how the other one goes.

I know I've been slacking on props, and that's inexcusable. All I can say to compensate is the fact that you have my entire devotion to this show. Anjali and I have scheduled time to work with Shawn tomorrow, and all the props should be ready by the lock-in at the latest, hopefully by friday.

We're going to survive this, and it's going to be an incredible show, of that I am certain. And, who knows, we may get 200 people! *wink* with the fifty from Cabaret, we're well on our way!
