Going home is always sort of bittersweet, but this round felt much more on the bitter side than it has in the past. I don't think you're running from anything. You've wanted to live in Chicago for like ever, and that's what you're doing. I think you made the right decision when you decided to stay after Bryan left, and I'm happy you're still out there because I know that's what you want. Home will always be here, we will always be here, and you will always have a place here no matter how long you stay away.

I love you cousin, and can't wait until I can visit you!

Also -- yah. I know about 8 people getting married/having gotten married from Jan of this year through summer. A friend about to have a kid (with an ex of mine). Other old exes getting married. It's a weird time. It makes me feel adrift.
