Where I Am

So my time for preparing for school is quickly coming to a close. I have approximately three weeks to get financial aide set up as well as complete the last process of applications to attend Columbia. After this, I will wait two weeks and sign up for all of my classes

Very few decisions we make in life are permanent. Circumstances and lives change so quickly, that what seems monumental today is easily overcome a year, a month or even a week from now. You could wake up tomorrow and just know that theater is the right thing, and then in two months you'll be just as sure that it was the completely wrong decision. It's all about stepping out of your comfort zone

If only everything was so clear cut. I've always wished I was one of those tremendously lucky people who knows where they want to go and what they want to do, and only have the make decisions about how to go about getting there. Because right now, I'm not only deciding which path to take, I'm trying to decide how far to take it, and where I want it to lead, and in many ways I feel more lost than I ever have before, now so close to at least some solid, substantial ground.

agreed. I feel like this pretty often, and ostensibly i have a 'path' chosen :P

Too bad you can't get pregnant. That solved my direction problems and my substance abuse problems pretty much over night
