I'm Lazy, Merry Christmas, Fic Idea(Audience Participation)
HEY EVERYBODIEZ!!!!
So, things have been REALLY busy lately! For those of you who don't know, let me break it down for you.
I finished out the semester back on the 14th. I got my grades in for that the other week. Four A's and a B. I can honestly say I am proud of myself. *Pats self on back*
For like.... two weeks now? Something like that. We have been in the process of filming the short film I wrote, called "A Christmas Cruel". It's a Christmas/horror movie, where a bunch of friends are at a Christmas party and then a mask killer comes and kills them all. So, it's sorta like "Black Christmas", except its actually good. Anyways, it originally started out as a four day shoot, with me knowing we'd need to add some days, and has now turned into over two weeks, with at least a week worth of filming left to go. Though, we weren't filming every day, but we're planning to film as much as possible this coming week. I'm very excited, but nervous at the same time. See, I wrote the film, but i'm also playing a character. A gay character. And as my family doesn't know I'm gay, but know im doing this film, it's going to be interesting to find out what happens when they decide they want to see it. Then again, my Niece is playing a part in it as well... i'm really not sure if that makes it better or worse.
I've also been attempting to raise money for world hunger, and just the other day was able to buy a goat & two chickens for a town through World Venture. YAY for feeding hungry people!

Between these things, work, & Christmas time, my life has been one giant schedule with very little time for LJ. But, once again, i must apologize for my absence. Not that me being gone means anyone is missing out on new chapters in a fic or something, but hey...
WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT!
As i made a post earlier discussing, i have become enthralled with the show "The United States of Tara". I love everything about it, the plot line, the characters, the way its shot. I just think it's a beautiful series. Anyways, I'm REALLY inspired to start an original RP/Round Robin Fic, with all willing participants, about a dysfunctional family and their close friends. That's the only idea i have for it so far, so it could go many ways, and I think it really has a lot of potential. It could even be like a family who's life is being filmed for a television show, if we wanted to go that way. The problem is just getting people to sign up/be interested. Basically we'd all get together and create this family/cast. Each writer involved would create a main character to write for, and could then of course bring in other side characters, but only one character for each writer would actually be considered a main character.
ANYWAYS! I know i tried out something on the same track as this before and it didn't quite work out, but i'm really interested to see who else would at least like to try it out with me. Just let me know if you're interested/have any ideas for this "Project", and we'll see where this thing goes.
