"The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had" - "Mad World" by Tears for Fears

Listening to Adam Lambert's version from American Idol (the studio recording one, not the live one) on repeat.  The playcount after only a few days of non-stop playing is 365.

Ooh, I love that song. Have you heard the version by Gary Jules? It's very haunting.

Of course! Adam Lambert's cover is based off the Donnie Darko version by Gary Jules. I actually don't care for the original.

I havn't heard the one by Adam Lambert. I might have to download it! I like the original, but the Jules version is really special; I think he does more with it, makes more out of it, you know?

Yeah, I agree. The lyrics just fit a more somber tone/melody so it really comes together better. Yeah, Adam Lambert, if you don't know, is a contestant on American Idol. Luckily they do studio versions and put them up on iTunes, not like that's how I got mine.
