I've been working at Kids Club for three weeks now and Kohl's for four. I am actually really loving working freight at Kohl's. I get to wear jeans and sneakers. Life is looking well, knock on wood. Starting the second week of September, I will be working at the Kids Club at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. My aunt runs the Kids Club and my great-grandma (whom I live with) is the nurse at the school. Right now I’m scheduled to work 17 hours in the afternoon, over four days. But then there is more. I have memes to do (I haven’t forgotten!) and I should update on life events and gah! Working on cleaning up my WoW addons right now but I’m not going home till Friday (just for the day) so tomorrow I should finally make a proper update post. Promise.

Tonight shall be a grand night. A night of food, music, magic, and dancing. I’m going to the Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade Ball tonight. Hopefully I’ll actually remember to keep LJ updated and post tomorrow with a recap and possibly even photos. We shall see!

I did not just look up Lincoln, England on Google maps to figure out where I was placing a house in my fic.  Nope, not at all.

I actually have a pretty detailed timeline for my hermionebigbang. It starts on June 1st, 2007 and ends on June 30th, 2007. I actually just looked up weather for England during that time and found out it was a period of heavy rain and flooding. Oh. I’m going to have to incorporate this now.
