Let me see, he rejects an empiricist/rationalist disctinction but admits that his position is only empiricist in the sense that it isn't rationalism. Interesting.

Ok. I know we have had our share of differences (though I know well enough from the time when we "got along" or so to speak that we have more in common than is presently evident). I will accept that my stance on something serves as a sort of "litmus test" indicator that you will probably reject it or find it ridiculous. I will consent that I have been out of line with you in some of our past discussions. I will even consent that many of my positions are "spooky", "flakey", "mystical", "questionable" and "weird". However, I challenge you to find anywhere in my writings evidence of such a profound degree of arrogance, philosophical incompetence and outright stupidity as catachrestic has been displaying in real_philosophy... )
