So sorry about what you are dealing with right now. Not even knowing anything about it and just being an outsider looking in, it's pretty obvious that the problem lies apart from you so don't second guess yourself on this one. I totally get the not being able to think of the right word even if it's a simple one. Stress and lack of sleep can definitely do that.
