Both of those are excellent, and I think others have suggested them already, but there's my vote. :) I see you already have "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" and "Death Note" on there. Good taste. *thumbs up* :D

Escaflowne (the series) tsunami_jones seems to agree.
Evangelion (the series)
Rurouni Kenshin (the series)
Cowboy Bebop (the series)

These have remained my favorite shows after like...(damn I'm old) 10 years. Brad would agree to most I would think (or i'll kill him).
