Because if you aren't, we should do something like bake or cook (or bake and cook) and I will squee about how much I am IN LOVE with show, and you will listen to me and make polite noises, and I can tell you about my crazy-ass last couple of weeks and you can tell me about yours and then we can freak out together.
Excellent. It will probably have to be late afternoon/early evening to give me time to recover from closing the bar on Saturday and not be a sort of zombie-hostess. Shall we say 5? I will bake bread and make hummus and all shall be well. Any dips/toppings/tapas-like things you wish to bring are most welcome.
You should bring your teff so I can try my hand at injera. Rambo I, my first attempt at sourdough, did not quite manage to make it into mother starter land without succumbing to mold (I think it has something to do with the unpredictable temperatures in my apartment), and I am about to start Rambo II in a less drafty corner.
