*MADE USING PSP8*
PLEASE DON'T COPY THIS ICON, USE THE STEPS TO CREATE SOMETHING THAT IS YOUR OWN; THAT'S MAKES IT MORE FUN, ANYWAY :)
- Took this picture from thephotobox and cropped it down to a 100x100 base.
Sharpen and soften as needed, i left my base as is.
- I then created a new layer, selected a dark-tanish color (#A18563) and set it to multiply, 100

- I duplicated the base, desaturated it (Shift+H), brought it above the multiply layer and set it to soft light, 50.
- Next, I went to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Levels and used these settings and am left with this:
After that, I suppose you can do whatever you like to it :)
**Opacities for layers may vary depending upon your image; don't be afraid to experiment!**
Easy enough, right? xD
