PLEASE DON'T COPY THIS ICON, USE THE STEPS TO CREATE SOMETHING THAT IS YOUR OWN; THAT'S MAKES IT MORE FUN, ANYWAY :)

- I cropped this image from Robert Pattinson.Org into a 100x100 base.

DO NOT SHARPEN.

- Duplicate the base layer and set it to screen 100. Then go to Adjust>Hue and Saturation> Hue/Saturation/Lightness and change the Saturation to 30.

NOTE: Depending on your image, the number of time you have to duplicate and the opacity of the layer may differ. Don't be afraid to experiment :)

- At this point, you can either merge the layers or do a copy merge (Ctrl+Shift+c). I prefer the latter, myself, but you may do whatever works for you. If you've merged the layers, duplicate the now single background layer; if you've done a copy merge, do "Paste As New Layer" (Ctrl+L); Set this layer to soft light 100. Duplicate the layer again so you have two soft light layers.

DO NOT MERGE THE LAYERS.

- Create a new layer UNDERNEATH the soft light layers. Fill it with a dark blue (#001C32) and set it to exclusion 100.

>

- Create another new layer and fill it with a light pink (#F3AAFB). Set this layer to soft light 100.

>

- Create ANOTHER new layer and fill it with a light blue color (#75D6F7). Set that layer to burn 100.

>

- Next, duplicate that burn layer you just made and bring it ABOVE the soft light base layers. Leave the opacity and blend option the same for now.

Yes, that is a bit too blue O_o' but just hold on, it'll look better in a minute...

- Create another new layer just below the soft light base layers and fill it with a pale yellow (#FEE7A4). Set that layer to Multiply 100.

MERGE LAYERS.

- Next I went to Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Automatic Contrast Enhancement and used these settings:

And that's it :)

**Opacities for layers may vary depending upon your image; don't be afraid to experiment!**
