You wanted to talk to me about Crocker-san?

Yes. I'm concerned about his memory loss, as well as the spastics he goes into whenever he mentions 'fairy godparents'. He recommended I talk to you, since he doesn't remember these things happening.

Do you know what's causing all this behavior?

I have theories. I'm not positive yet, but I do know a lot that I believe is causing his behavior.

When Crocker-san first learned about fairies, he was being chased by a mob of people for no reason when he was a kid and had that fairy tracker he was using in his hands with the message fairy god parents exist. He doesn't know why he was being chased or how he got the tracker.

I think it was such a traumatic event that he clung to the idea of fairy god parents as a sort of anchor and got obsessed with proving they exist. Either as a way to find out why such a thing happened or why it was so important he had that message.

He was just a little kid then and after years of trying to prove fairies existed without living proof, he was called insane and crazy over and over and it eventually just broke him. The spazzing is like one of those ticks people get when they're not entirely sane you'll sometimes see. Just to the extreme.

I see. What you're saying makes sense, and yet it makes me very curious. It sounds as though someone was trying him a message about fairies, but the question is who would?

And if he cannot remember why he was being chased with a fairy tracker, that would seem to indicate what I mentioned earlier: someone tampering with Crocker's recollections of the past.

And how they got the device right in his hand.

It does sound like that. I just thought he had a personality that repressed happy thoughts, but magic...well, it would explain his reaction to Krad-san.
