The brush fires here got a lot closer to my house than I expected. They stopped about a mile and a half from my house. Eek! One of the teachers that works with Alexis had their house go up in flames. The fires are still burning pretty close by ( Read more... )

I can't believe a sex offender is allowed near children...even if he/she didn't target children.

I think he meant the sex offender was in the seventh grade... Or Alexis is still in the seventh grade, one or the other! Either one is pretty creepy.

And now is a good time to clear cut everything near your house and hose that sucker down. Mile and a half... That's about 20 minutes on a bad day.

You cannot deny education to a child unfortunately, and there really aren't facilities designed fr this sort of criminal. If there were, maybe I wouldn't have to teach the damned Crips.

Maybe we could fit them into the military somehow? Or maybe we could just parachute them out of an airplane over a country we didn't like? Let them take up residence? Hmmm... FRENCH CRIPS!

Or Parisian Crips anyways. The rest of France is alright.
