MY knee fucking hurts. My physical therapy isn't working. My quad is much stronger, but it doesn't seem to be addressing the main issue. My PT is having me lay off therapy for a week, relax on my own, and see if time heals it some. If not I gotta go back to the sports med doc. SUCK

I have a friend who is a chiro, but I haven't had a chance to see him yet this year. My back is so strong mow though that I never have any pain that isn't muscle related anymore.
It's amazing how many aches and pains just dry up and never return once you strengthen your core and supporting muscles.
