MY knee fucking hurts. My physical therapy isn't working. My quad is much stronger, but it doesn't seem to be addressing the main issue. My PT is having me lay off therapy for a week, relax on my own, and see if time heals it some. If not I gotta go back to the sports med doc. SUCK ( Read more... )

You should also visit a chiropractor. Seriously. All of my knee trouble was because my back was a little out of alignment.

Mine is an overuse injury, stemming from the running, lifting, wrestling, and biking. My crappy ankles and toes are also to blame, but I'm working on strengthening the ankles now, and the rest we'll just ahve to see.

I have a friend who is a chiro, but I haven't had a chance to see him yet this year. My back is so strong mow though that I never have any pain that isn't muscle related anymore.

It's amazing how many aches and pains just dry up and never return once you strengthen your core and supporting muscles.

True, but thinking that it keeps your back perfectly straight is a bad assumption. Trust me, it doesn't.
